Some realities about bread;

- Fatness

Since bread is reach in the aspect of carbohydrates, it is known as most important reason for the fatness. Whereas, in excess weight the value of the calorie and the eaten amount are more important than the composition of the food are. In relieving the hunger a diet rich in carbohydrate and fat is eaten more than the diet that is rich in protein. Consumption of the bread having high protein by being added substances with protein such as soybean and embryo is important in preventing fatness.

- Intestine discomfort

Because of the raw cellulose in high ratio being present in the bread containing bran or in the bread made of full productive flour, it is proved that it prevents diseases such as constipation and intestine cancer by increasing intestine secretion and intestine reflect. However, excess bran consumption may cause diarrhea.

In people who have allergy against flour, there is no allergy against bread, since the proteins became denature during baking.

- Hardening of the arteries

One of the most important deadly and widespread diseases of today coronary heart disease and arteries hardening.
