By acting with a thought that laying idle a flour-plant whose all around
surrounded by wheat fields is not fair, our maintenance, repair and
modification works, which has started at the beginning of the May by
our present team and sub-contractors, has given its fruits after about
50 days and on 1 July 2002 start has been given for the test production
and flour production has been started by grinding wheat.
By aiming crashing of daily 200 tons of wheat working with full capacity
in our installations established on an area of 16.000 m2 located in
Lüleburgaz that is the central position of the Trace Region, differently
from our other establishment we have caught the chance to reach to our
raw material of wheat directly.
In the Lüleburgaz installations of our firm, which supports the labor
of our farmers who became hopeful with the arrival of the Fatoğlu to
the region by buying wheat with advance payment, there are silos and
warehouses having 8.000 ton wheat storage capacity.
In our Lüleburgaz installations, which is in a position of one of the
biggest flour plants of the region, about 35-40 personnel are considered
to be employed and our annual production amount is targeted to be 70.000
ton. However, with the developing technology, by putting the second
unit into production line, a yearly wheat crashing capacity of 150.000
ton shall be able to be reached.
The installation, which has waited within a quiet mystery for a long
time, now opens its light for Fatoğlu again, fills its granaries with
wheat again, waltzes finishes its nostalgia for wheat. This whole change
as if a touch of magic wand stretching out from Bulancak to Lüleburgaz.
